Partner with the AGC Education Foundation to Offer Core Plus Construction
The Core Plus Construction (CPC) frameworks, instructional materials, and industry-recognized certificate (Core Plus Student Certificate) have been developed and funded by the AGC Education Foundation. It is a gift from our industry partners to the State of Washington, and therefore, any school in Washington State can utilize these open educational resources at no cost.
To become a Core Plus Construction recognized program, the instructor must attend Core Plus Construction professional development, adopt the frameworks, and ensure students are working towards the Core Plus Construction Student Certificate. We view these programs as partners.

- Districts determine which credit equivalencies are issued to students (English, Math, or Science) and work with their faculty to adjust their curriculum as needed to best align with the frameworks.
- District leaders ensure their teachers have the appropriate construction background and industry experience to teach the Core Plus Construction program of study with fidelity.
